Keepr is an identity and record platform for reptile breeders and keepers. Each animal gets a digital record (species, sex, hatch date, lineage, weights, health logs, pairings, clutches, and incubation) that you can share with a link or QR code. When you sell an animal, you transfer its record to the new owner, so its history goes with it.
When a seller transfers an animal to you, they’ll share a transfer link from the Keepr app. Open the link to see the animal’s profile, then create a free Keepr account (or sign in) and tap Claim. The animal and its history are added to your collection.
Claiming is free. Transfer links expire, so if yours has, ask the seller to send a new one.
In the Keepr app, go to Profile → Manage Subscription to manage or cancel your plan. If you subscribed through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), cancel through that store’s subscription settings on your device. App store purchases follow that store’s billing and refund terms.
You keep Pro features until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, your account moves to the free tier, and your animals and records are kept.
In the Keepr app, go to Profile → Delete Account. You can also email support@thekeepr.app from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
Deleting your account removes your profile, animals, and logs. Animals you’ve already transferred stay with their new owners, along with their transfer history.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are billed by that store, and deleting your Keepr account doesn’t stop them.
